Welcome to Car Verify Pro. By creating a tenant account or accessing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Nature of the Software Service
Car Verify Pro provides operational workflow and reporting software for independent vehicle inspection businesses. Car Verify Pro does not conduct physical vehicle inspections, certify automotive roadworthiness, or warrant the mechanical condition of any motor vehicle. The subscribing inspection business remains solely responsible for its inspection determinations.
2. Tenant Subscription & Quota Limits
Access is provided pursuant to subscription tiers configured by Master Administration. Businesses must respect monthly inspection quotas, employee seat limits, and storage allowances. Attempts to bypass limits or access other tenants' data constitute a material breach resulting in immediate suspension.
3. Estimated Earnings Calculations
Any earnings figures displayed within the application represent operational estimates calculated on behalf of the Business Administrator based on their configured rates. They do not constitute formal payroll, taxation advice, or employment guarantees from Damerax Cloud Solutions.
4. Service Availability & Governing Law
Damerax Cloud Solutions provides Car Verify Pro on an "as is" and "as available" basis. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
