Car Verify Pro ("we", "our", or "the Platform"), operated by Damerax Cloud Solutions, provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) Pre-Delivery Inspection management system for independent vehicle inspection businesses.
1. Information We Collect
We process information submitted by subscribing inspection businesses, including business contact details, employee names and credentials, vehicle identifiers (Chassis/VIN, Make, Model, Odometer reading), client contact information, inspection observations, and uploaded defect photographs.
2. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation
Each subscribing business operates in strict isolation. Inspection records, defect photographs, and generated PDF reports are accessible only to authenticated users belonging to that specific tenant or the authorized platform administrator for support purposes.
3. Storage of Inspection Photographs
Defect photographs uploaded via the mobile PWA or web application are stored in protected storage folders with cryptographically randomized filenames and are never served through public unauthenticated endpoints.
4. Retention & Account Deletion
Data is retained during active subscription terms. Upon account cancellation or suspension, business records remain archived in accordance with statutory accounting requirements and can be permanently purged upon written request to Damerax Cloud Solutions.
